REGION SPECIFIC TOURIST GUIDE (Level 3)

If you are passionate about culture and heritage, this course is perfect for you! This key program is designed for those who have a deep interest in inbound tourism. This course will cover extensive knowledge and skills needed in tour operations; from pre-tour arrangements, safety and emergency handling, itinerary management, commentary delivery, tour group management and guiding proficiency. Candidates completing this course will undergo written, oral and practical examination conducted by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture (MOTAC) upon which they will become a licensed regional tourist guide carrying the Gold Badge. This certification will allow the candidate to work both in the city and natural environment.
